THE PAPIJOHN® COMMITMENT: MADE-TO-ORDER
At PapiJohn®, we don’t believe in fast consumption or shelves full of forgotten stock. We are an Artistic and Sustainable Streetwear Brand; each order is unique and exclusive to you.
To avoid generating unnecessary waste and combat overproduction, we only make pieces on demand. Our garments are printed, cut, and sewn by hand by experts, ensuring each piece is as unique as the flutter of a butterfly. We don’t produce in series; we create art with purpose.
1. BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE
To ensure the best experience and avoid unnecessary transport that harms the planet, we ask you to:

CHECK YOUR SIZE: Our measurements may differ from other brands. Always consult the Size Guide at the end of each product description. If in doubt, choose the one that best fits your style (more technical or more oversized).

VERIFY YOUR DETAILS: Check that your address and postal code are correct and legible. The postal code is crucial for successful delivery.

ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER: It is vital so the carrier can contact you.
Note: PapiJohn® is not responsible for returns due to missing contact information or address errors. In these cases, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
2. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Due to our sustainable manufacturing model (each piece is created from scratch for you), we do not accept returns for size changes, color changes, or change of mind. Each order is a personalized piece; such a change would mean destroying a work of art and generating textile waste that our philosophy seeks to eliminate.
When are we responsible? At PapiJohn®, I personally take care of every collector. We only accept returns or refunds if the item arrives:

Defective (we have strict quality control, but if something goes wrong, I’m here).

Mislabeled.

Damaged during shipping.
Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from receiving your purchase to report any issues to me.
3. PERSONALIZED SERVICE BY $ARAH FREE
If your piece arrives with any defect, I don’t want you to talk to a machine. I want to solve it myself:

Write to me directly at sarah@papijohn.com.

Provide your order number and attach photos of the defect or damage.

As the founder, I will personally review your case to provide a quick solution (replacement or refund).
Conditions: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (our packaging made from rescued ocean plastic). Once the return is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
4. SHIPPING AND COSTS

The shipping costs to return a defective item are initially your responsibility.

If you send an item valued over €75, I recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the piece at the studio without traceability.
