In our All Over pieces, the fabric is custom printed. They are cut and sewn by hand creating a unique product and avoiding fabric waste.

They are made with premium high-quality Eco materials (with a minimum of 95% recycled materials)

Printed, cut, and sewn by hand by our team of experts.

The fabric is certified with the OEKO-TEX 100 standard and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS)

For this, we use Kornit printers, which manage to reduce wastewater production practically to zero and consume less energy than standard industrial printers, which helps us limit our carbon footprint.

The inks we use for printing have Oeko-Tex™ certification, are vegan, and water-based, so they are free from harmful chemical substances

Ink residues are properly disposed of by our partners following the ink supplier's instructions.

At Papijohn® we take Sustainability seriously. It is no game.

We embroider our products using threads with Oeko-Tex™ certification, so they are safe for health.

Generally, embroidered designs are more durable than printed designs, which indirectly produces less Environmental waste.

Our Ecofriendly products are made with at least 70% organic or recycled materials or a combination of these types of materials.

Our pieces go through a thorough three-step quality control, as well as washing tests before being put up for sale.

Product packaging

At papijohn® our pieces are packaged in post-consumer recycled plastic shipping bags (PCR, for its acronym in English).

Manufacturing items with recycled materials saves virgin resources and requires less energy, which minimizes the Environmental Impact of plastic on our planet.

The amount of PCR included in the packaging depends on where your order is processed, but it is at least 50% in the outer polyester shipping bags (white or gray) and at least 30% in the transparent inner bags used for shipments with multiple items.

PCR packaging is made from discarded everyday objects, such as plastic bags and used bottles.

This material protects your order just as well as conventional plastic bags, with the difference that choosing PCR over newly produced plastics reduces the Environmental Impact of this material on our planet.

We are gradually incorporating packaging with a composition of 90-100% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) in shipments managed from North American facilities.
